Housing Exemption Information

Thomas More University requires students who have earned fewer than 60 credit hours and/or are under the age of 21 to live on campus. Certain conditions may allow a student to qualify for an exemption from the residency policy.

To request to live off campus, please fill out this form and attach any documentation required to confirm your answers. Note that your housing exemption request may not be approved.

1) Please check which of the following circumstances apply to you.

I intend to live off campus with a parent or guardian who lives in one of the following counties: Boone (KY), Campbell (KY), Kenton (KY), Hamilton (OH), or Clermont (OH).

I will be 21 years of age or older at the time that classes begin for my first semester.

I will have earned 60 or more college credit hours at the time that classes begin for my first semester.

I am married.

I have limited mobility, a physical disability, or a medical condition which necessitates that I live off campus.

I am applying for an exemption for another reason besides those listed here. (Please explain below in the comments section and/or upload related documentation).
