The Bishop Roger J. Foys Ministry & Service Scholarship involves students who are passionate about the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a thriving community of faith. Bishop Foys Scholars make lifelong friendships and serve the Thomas More community at a variety of events, including mass, hospitality, and faith formation, while participating in retreats and regular discipleship.
Students selected as Bishop Foys Scholars will receive opportunities to strengthen their spirituality, grow in the faith, and serve as the hands and feet of Christ. They perform ministry and service both on and off Thomas More’s campus.

Applicants must be baptized members of a Catholic or Christian church community and have earned undergraduate admission to Thomas More University for Spring or Fall 2027
